Born in Southern France, she achieved elite academic success at the Sorbonne and later served as a long-time lecturer at the London School of Economics. Painting from her studio in Chelsea, London, Géas uses a bold palette of rich ochres, deep blues, and textured brushstrokes to capture the emotional essence of Mediterranean light rather than a realistic copy. Her humanitarian spirit led to a long-standing partnership with UNICEF, which has selected 11 of her landscape paintings to be published globally on greeting cards. Her expressive works have been exhibited internationally in major art capitals like Paris, London, and Washington D.C.
