Isle of Raasay Single Rye Cask Unpeated Scotch release has been distilled 3.4 times(usually Scotch Whisky is distilled twice) and uses their six-plate copper purifier to craft an incredibly light unpeated dram, fully matured for 7 years in an ex – American Rye whiskey cask. Bottled at 59% ABV, this highly exclusive release is unpeated and full of flavours of pear drops, caramelised toffee, apples, nectarines and a gentle spicey note.
