Barrel Brew

What happens when whisky and coffee have a baby? Barrel Brew. This all started from playing around with barrel aged gins, and becoming obsessed with how different barrels transform flavours. That passion turned into our first crack at making our own whiskies. The next step for us? Our little science experiment - to find the right blend of our favourite flavour (coffee) with our new obsession (whisky), just like we did with Ginspresso. Honestly, we’re super happy with how it’s turned out!
