Crafted as a tribute to Livio Felluga by his children, this wine embodies both strength and elegance. Fermented and matured for approximately ten months in small French oak casks, it develops a complex aromatic profile featuring lime blossom, wisteria, chamomile, and ripe fruits like yellow peach, apricot, and mango. Subtle notes of coconut, vanilla, and sweet spices add depth, while hints of rosemary and walnut provide a savory touch. On the palate, Illivio is full-bodied and harmonious, with flavors of yellow plum, papaya, polyflora honey, and white chocolate, balanced by refreshing acidity and a creamy, mineral finish.
