Minimum order is 10 sheets per design. Recommended Fabrics 100% cotton and cotton/low-poly-content blends — soft, ringspun, combed cotton apparel. For high-stretch or polyester activewear, use our Performance Formula. Artwork Guidelines File type: high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, at least 300 DPI. Images are automatically converted to a print-ready PDF when you upload. Minimum detail: colored areas smaller than 3 pt (0.042") may not print; non-printing gaps smaller than 2 pt (0.028") may fill in. Sizing: we print your artwork at the exact size you set.
