Essay Editing for Partner High Schools

For families from the high schools we partner with, Application Nation offers a comprehensive editing experience that involves initial review, feedback to families, follow-up questions and communication with students, and full edits to enhance the narrative and creative impact of a student's personal statement. The final edited essay is "ready to submit" by the student–no further edits needed. The feedback process will vary based on the quality and content of the student's first draft. For some students, it will be simply a few follow-up questions asked. For others, a refinement of certain paragraphs or a request for more detailed anecdotes are necessary. The majority of feedback communication, if needed at all, takes place via email with the student.
