Easy pinot

Zero-additive 100% Pinot Noir built strictly for casual, fast drinking (you should read it as 'perfect for summer'). Grapes are hand-harvested and run a very short maceration to keep the extraction incredibly light. The juice ferments spontaneously with wild yeast and ages in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with zero added sulfites, sealing it with a crown cap to lock in the freshness. Aroma of heavily overripe cherries and currants. On the palate juicy and bright, with a sharp, funky acidity that reminds of the grandma's homemade jam.
