A very sustainable and abundant wild fish from the cod family Whiting has a firm flesh with a mild and delicate flavour. Perfect for our good old favourite of fish and chips or fish fingers It also works brilliantly with Thai fish cakes or a flavoursome curry. Roast in foil or a bag with white wine and all your favourite herbs Pour over a crab sauce and serve with samphire. Pan fry and place on a bed of potato and spring onion mash. This lovely fish can be filleted upon request at no extra charge.
