Produced from 100% Tai Rosso (a relative of Grenache), the wine reflects its terroir of clay and limestone soils, with grapes hand-harvested and fermented on skins in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal character. This careful, minimal-intervention approach results in a bright, approachable red that showcases the purity, tradition and drinkability at the heart of Cavazza’s winemaking philosophy. In the glass, it displays a luminous ruby-red colour, with an elegant bouquet of fresh red berries, particularly raspberry, alongside delicate floral and gently vinous notes.
