NETA Cuixe Verde Agave Spirit (750ml / 45%)

NETA Cuixe Verde Agave Spirit is batch CXVFCG1904, produced in April 2019 by Francisco “Tío Chico” García and his wife, Cristina, in San Luis Amatlán, Miahuatlán. It was one of Tío Chico’s final productions and was rested in glass for three years before bottling in tribute to his legacy. Cuixe Verde is a local Agave karwinskii phenotype associated with San Luis Amatlán. This homegrown agave was processed using the García family’s traditional earthen-oven, native-fermentation and copper-distillation methods. A total of 132 bottles from the batch were allocated to Australia through Mextrade. PRODUCTION DETAILS AGAVE: Cuixe Verde (Agave karwinskii var.)
