A simple song can hold the power to create meaningful change during challenging times. Join us for this exploratory session as we breathe, hum, sing, discover, and write songs for ourselves. Playful and creative, we’ll explore activities that stimulate the brain, regulate the nervous system, promote wellness, and motivate positive change—strengthening our connection to ourselves and to each other and our community. All are welcome—no prior experience or music education necessary.
