This coffee is available as Drip roast profile only. Enrique Posada began cultivating coffee in 1986, after his father, Félix Alberto Posada, purchased the land that would become Finca San Carlos. Initially, they focused on achieving healthy and consistent yield through reliable varieties like Catuai, which still makes up the majority of their production. They eventually shifted focus toward varieties more revered for their cup quality by planting smaller lots of Pacamara, a hybrid variety known for its distinctively large beans and vibrant flavors. In this washed-process offering, look for notes of red plum, brown sugar, & black tea.
