Stains: For more stubborn marks, gently spot clean using a mild detergent and soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers. Do Not Machine Wash or Soak: Due to the memory foam construction, Archer Earth should not be machine washed or fully immersed in water. Unpacking Your Archer Earth Your Snuggle Rug arrives vacuum-sealed to make shipping a product this thick and plush possible. Once opened, allow approximately 48–72 hours for the foam to begin expanding and returning to its intended shape and softness. Some compression lines and creases may take several days to completely relax. To help smooth more stubborn creases, gently steam the rug or use a low-heat iron with a cotton towel placed between the iron and the rug. Please note: Creasing after vacuum packing is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of your Snuggle Rug. Important Returns Information Please ensure you’re happy with the colour and print before removing the shrink wrap. Due to the vacuum-packed nature of this product, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns once the shrink wrap has been opened, as the rug cannot be repacked to its original shipping size.
