Boho Bronze Heart with Michael Marx 2-1-27 Tucson

Valencia Rd, Tucson AZ 85757 Meeting Room B Instructor: Michael Marx Boho Heart: 3-D Hollow-form Heart Pendant Show your passion for creativity! In this one-day split class, we’ll construct a hollow-form, three-dimensional heart pendant using a custom-made forming and cutting tool. You’ll learn techniques for creating the hollow form, then add a coil bail and embellishments to give your pendant a unique personality. After firing and finishing, you’ll have a lightweight, dimensional heart pendant that showcases the versatility and creativity of metal clay. All skill levels welcome. Toolkits will be available to borrow for those that need one. Kit Fee: $75 includes bronze metal clay, all textures, use of press molds custom draping and cutting form and all consumables. Class time will be split into 2 sessions. Morning session will be clay work. Afternoon session will be polishing and finishing.
