1904(Apr 27)Antigua 1d Postal Stationary Post Card with small chip at bottom left uprated with 3½d in adhesives making a total rate of 4½d tied St. John’s / Antigua cds with this unusually high franking remaining unexplained as is the difficult to read strange address that includes the French expression “am Bord” (Aboard) suggesting the addressee could be aboard a sailing vessel but this interpretation cannot be confirmed.
