Fein VARIO M8-M30 x 1.25mm-3.50mm Impact Tapper for Through Holes The FEIN VARIO Impact Tappers for Through Holes are professional-grade threading accessories engineered specifically for impact wrench and impact driver applications. Designed for high-speed impact tapping, this VARIO tapper delivers precise and reliable thread cutting performance with exceptional durability for demanding industrial, fabrication and maintenance environments. Developed for through-hole threading, this impact tapper features specialised cutting geometries optimised for impact wrench/drivers, enabling stable, accurate and efficient thread formation even under high impact frequencies. Manufactured from high-strength HSS material with a hardness rating of 64 HRC and finished with a TiAlN (titanium aluminium nitride) coating, it offers low wear, reduced friction and heat resistance up to 800°C for long service life in heavy-duty use. Long service life, thanks to high material strength (64 HRC), special cutting geometries suited to impact wrench/drivers and a TiAlN (titanium-aluminium-nitride) coating. The bits experience low levels of wear and friction as well as being heat-resistant to 800 °C. Thanks to the high speeds and number of blows, they can therefore be used in steel up to 900 N/mm².|Perfectly suited to the following materials: non-alloyed and alloyed steels up to 900 N/mm², aluminium, brass.
