CSF Race-Spec Oil Cooler - BMW M2 (F87)
Under extreme track conditions, the F87 M2's factory oil cooler falls short — testing shows oil temps climbing to 275-280°F, enough to trigger limp mode. CSF's solution uses their AC Condenser Technology in an innovative 2-core, in-series system: a front full-size core (17 tubes vs. OEM's 15) paired with a secondary backside cooler adding 6 more rows. Track tested in 103°F ambient (115°F heat index), it capped oil temps at a max of 240°F — a major improvement over OEM. It's a true drop-in fit, accepting all factory oil-line connections, mounting brackets, and shroud/ducting — no modifications required. Note: the added capacity increases total oil volume by 0.5 qt. (7.5 qts. vs. OEM's 7 qts.), so plan for the extra oil at install.
