Ridge Vineyards Geyserville A distinctive California field blend from Ridge Vineyards, Geyserville has been produced from the same single site every year since 1966. This vintage combines Zinfandel with Carignane, Petite Sirah and Alicante Bouschet, delivering impressive depth, ripe fruit and elegant structure. Organically grown and aged for twelve months in American oak, it offers a refined expression of Sonoma’s historic vineyards. Saturated ruby in colour with impressive depth and intensity. Aromas of ripe plum and black cherry combine with fresh mint and gravelly earth, creating an expressive and complex bouquet. Full and generous, with ripe bramble fruit balanced by refreshing acidity and elegant tannins. Subtle savoury and earthy notes add further depth. Long and persistent, with lingering dark fruit, mineral and herbal nuances. Excellent with rich roasted or grilled meats, particularly beef, venison and duck.
