PRE-ORDER FOR DELIVERY FALL 2026 We've commissioned 30 throws from our artisans in Mongolia. Reserve yours today for delivery this fall, and we'll donate $100 of your purchase to the New York Botanical Garden. A limited-edition Bloomist x NYBG throw, woven in Mongolia from hand-combed cashmere. From the Bloomist x NYBG collection and available exclusively online, each throw is crafted from some of the finest cashmere in the world, hand-combed from the downy undercoat of mountain goats raised on Mongolia's high-altitude steppes. The extreme cold climate produces fibers that are longer, finer, and warmer, resulting in an exceptionally soft and luxurious heirloom throw. The cashmere is washed, spun, knitted, and woven by hand by family-owned Mongolian artisans whose skill and tradition trace back generations, supporting the herders, weavers, and finishers who know the material best. The Flora Cashmere Throw features a tubular jacquard construction that is substantial yet elegant enough to fall softly around the shoulders and drape beautifully in the home. Made in collaboration with The New York Botanical Garden, the floral motifs across the throw are inspired by NYBG's living collections and botanical illustrations from their library's Rare Book Collection, one of the most significant archives of botanical art in the world. Every throw is a small library of botanical history, made wearable. Only thirty pieces have been commissioned, each finished by hand and placed in a reusable linen gift bag. 100% hand-combed Mongolian cashmere Tubular jacquard weave with taupe and cream colorway inverted on the underside Full-surface botanical line illustration drawn from and inspired by NYBG's Rare Book Collection Arrives in a reusable linen gift bag Available exclusively online
