Eureka Mignon Stark W, 65 mm Grind-by-Weight Espresso Grinder

The Mignon Stark W is the grind-by-weight version of Eureka’s Mignon Stark. It runs the same 65 mm Pure Diamond flat burrs, but adds Eureka’s Instant Grind Weighing system, which weighs the coffee while it is being ground rather than dosing on a timer. The result is a dose that stays within ±0.2 g regardless of bean density, roast age or hopper level. A universal fork holds portafilters of any brand hands-free, and the scale is factory calibrated to work with any portafilter weight, so there is no setup before the first grind.
