Domaine Bohn 'Le Coup de Jus' 2023 Region: Alsace, France Grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling Vineyard: Biodynamic Cellar: Native yeast fermentation, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites. Whole bunches of Pinot Noir are co-fermented with the free-run juice from pressed Pinot Gris and Riesling grapes. The earthy, red fruit character of the pinot shines through, lifted by subtle floral and aromatic noted from the white varieties. One to chill.
