Chipotle and Lime Aioli (Short Date 8/26)

Short dated, safe to eat and flavour should be okay for a few weeks, we recommend opening and consuming without delay. This is stupidly tasty aioli. This Great Taste Award winner is loaded with smoky chipotle peppers, fresh, citrusy lime and heaps of punchy garlic. We make our mayo from scratch using free-range egg yolks. It's rich, creamy and packed with flavour, just like a carefully crafted homemade mayo. Wondering what chipotle peppers are? They're smoked and dried jalapeños. Left to ripen on the vine longer than standard jalapeños, they've got a sweeter flavour. The drying process gives them a deep, smoky, almost woody taste. Size: 285ml
