Length: 10.2 cm. Rhodoïd is a sheet material made from cotton in Italy. The cotton is dyed and pressed into blocks featuring a wide variety of colour patterns. Slices are cut from these blocks, which are then further processed in France in over 10 stages to create enchanting hair ornaments and hair accessories. The Rhodoïd hair accessory, which is produced using a labour-intensive process and is partly handmade, therefore offers the following advantages over machine-produced, injection-moulded plastic items: No sharp edges that could damage or even cut the hair.
