MY STORY The Mid Century Collection is designed and reworked in collaboration with No Alterations. The Maybelle Gown is an original 1950s piece, modernized by lowering the neckline into a straight, strapless silhouette. It features a fully boned bodice with center back zipper and clasp closures, a baby blue satin waist tie that extends into a long train at the back, and an embossed eyelet lace skirt that also extends into a train at the back. Worn here with a crinoline, the Maybelle could also be worn without for a more streamlined silhouette - we just liked the added drama!
