Priced per yard. Green polyester tulle netting 100% polyester. This tulle has a slightly crisper hand than the regular nylon tulle. It is specifically manufactured for use for top layers of classical tutus and top layers of peasant skirts. We also use it as a bottom layer of a romantic tutu t give the tutu more shape. It can be ruffled or pleated with tutu net to create a strong, but soft top layer on a classical tutu. It resists curling and shredding at the outer edges. This color is discontinued.
