La Moufle is a single-vineyard Champagne from Savart’s home village of Écueil, crafted from Pinot Noir grown on the chalk and clay soils of the Montagne de Reims. The 2021 vintage was fermented and aged in oak, then given time to develop on lees before release, allowing the wine to showcase the texture and depth that define Savart’s approach. A tiny-production cuvée with plenty of personality, it’s a perfect example of why Champagne lovers can’t get enough of Freddie’s wines.
