Vintage 18ct Gold German Shepherd Dog Pendant Charm

A wonderfully well-modelled 18ct gold dog pendant charm, most likely depicting a German Shepherd, or Alsatian, with its characteristic upright ears, long muzzle, strong stance and sweeping tail. There is a surprising amount of detail for such a small jewel, from the engraved texture of the coat to the definition of the face, paws and body. Rather than being a generic dog charm, it has been carefully modelled to capture the distinctive character of the breed.
