Bowmore 7 Year Old Scotch

Bowmore 7 Year Old Scotch Whisky from Living Souls matured in a number of bourbon casks and bottled at 55%. Nose: Fresh coastal aromas lead with gentle peat smoke, sea spray and mineral notes, followed by lemon zest, green apple and pear. Hints of vanilla, honey and light oak add sweetness, while a subtle herbal character and faint ash develop with time. Palate: Medium bodied with soft peat smoke balanced by bright citrus, orchard fruits and sweet malt. Vanilla, toasted oak and cracked black pepper provide structure, complemented by notes of salted caramel and a touch of maritime salinity. Finish: Medium in length with lingering smoke, citrus peel, drying oak and a gentle saline note, leaving a clean, lightly peppery impression.
