ESTIMATED DELIVERY : From the end of October to the end of December This piece is a special collaboration between Hanabi Glass Studio and a Japanese leather artisan. Each case is handmade in Japan, combining traditional craftsmanship with thoughtful design. The leather case is designed to carry your glass pen safely when you are on the go, along with your essential inks and an A5 notebook or planner. Inside, you’ll find: A detachable protective cover for your glass pen. Upper pockets sized for a spray bottle and small ink vials, that you can fill with ink. Lower pockets designed to hold a dropper and a flat inkwell. A full‑length right‑side pocket that fits an A5 notebook or planner. Glass ink vials bottles, spray water, and inkwell are included. ● About the Leather We use steerhide (cow's leather) from Volpi Concerie, a long-established tannery founded in 1951 in Ponte a Egola, Tuscany, Italy. Thoroughly impregnated with vegetable tannins and featuring a dense fiber structure, the leather offers excellent durability. The surface is treated with just the right amount of oil for a pleasant feel; as you use it, it develops a unique luster, evolving into a one-of-a-kind case. The inner pockets are lined with goat suede. This suede is prized for its silky, smooth texture. ● About the Case The case features leather gussets tailored to the thickness of the glass pen set and is fitted with a zipper. Through clever gusset construction, we have crafted this case, a design typically made from soft, pliable leather, using firm, resilient leather to create a premium look and feel. By combining this firm leather with appropriate internal stiffening materials, we have achieved smooth zipper operation and a structure that opens completely flat. We believe this case offers a truly satisfying experience for the owner, both in terms of pride of ownership and the pleasure of use. ● About the Glass Pen Cover We have selected a highly shock-absorbent cushioning material and placed it between the outer leather and the suede lining. It attaches to the case via a button, allowing the cover to be used independently if desired. ● Important Notes ・Carrying the case upside down or shaking it vigorously may cause the internal bottle or other items to slip out of the pocket. ・Due to the nature of the leather, forcing items in or out may cause the leather to stretch. ・We use only natural leather. While we avoid using leather with scratches or tears that could compromise structural integrity, minor scratches or wrinkles inherent to the natural material may be present. Additionally, variations in thickness and texture may occur even within the same type of leather. We hope you enjoy these unique characteristics as part of the material's natural appeal. ・The leather is dyed using only dyes (no pigment coatings). Color variations may occur between production lots. Please be aware that color transfer may occur due to water exposure or friction; exercise caution when wearing light-colored clothing. ・Each item is handmade.
