4 Pack - 16oz Cans Hazy Double IPA • 8.5% ABV A Problem Of Other Minds is a hazy double ipa brewed HEAVY with wheat and two different formats of oats, for a thicc silky body and the perfect opalescent haze. Starting in the brewhouse, we went heavy in the whirlpool with Simcoe, Strata, and Galaxy to amp up the tropical notes. Post fermentation we utilized more Simcoe, Strata, Galaxy with the addition of Nelson, and two different formats of Citra (concentrated pellets and Prysma from Haas). This hop combination lays out hyper juicy and fruity flavor and aroma, with notes of white peach, lychee, cosmic crisp apple, and pineapple gummies.
