RNC Titanium Ceramic Mid Bottom Bracket Bearings 19mm, 22mm & 24mm

The lightest & strongest bottom bracket bearings ever made for BMX! The Bearing races are CNC machined from heat treated & aged 6al-4v w/ a tensile strength of 170,00 psi then electroless nickel silicon carbide plated. The electroless nickel creates a layer of 70 Rockwell plating w/ the silicon carbide nano particles being a 9.5 on the mohs scale; nearly as hard as diamond for a long lasting bearing life. The balls are Silicon nitride Si3n4. These are the toughest & strongest grade of ceramic balls made & are comparable to the strength of steel. Our bearings our full compliment bearings meaning that there are no cages or spaces between the balls. Our bearings have 20 balls compared to standard steel bearings that only have 10, for twice the load bearing capacity. Also, our bearing races are twice as deep as a standard steel bearing races which creates even more surface wear area & strength. The seals are all cnc machined from PTFE teflon for long lasting & smooth, frictionless operation Weights: 19mm: 74 grams, 22mm: 62.8 grams, 24mm: 56.4 grams
