Its distinctive aroma of fresh ginger blossoms carries a light, cooling sweetness unlike any other Dan Cong. This spring 2025 harvest was grown in Daping Village, high in Phoenix Mountain at around 1000 meters. The mountain’s misty mornings, mineral-rich soil, and natural biodiversity give this tea remarkable clarity and fragrance. We worked with local tea makers to apply a traditional two-stage charcoal roast that enhances the cultivar’s natural sweetness while preserving its signature floral aroma. The result is a tea of great purity and balance, both lively and soothing in the cup.
