This set contains a wooden box with attached tray and a ball. This box provides an infant with experiences of object permanence. The ball fits through the hole at the top and drops down onto a ramp before rolling out into the tray. This material helps develop hand–eye coordination and allows the child to experience object permanence. It encourages precise hand movements to help develop hand, wrist and finger control—also known as "refined hand movements."
