Commercial License (small)

LICENSE AGREEMENT This Commercial License Agreement allows you to use Planet Peach Design sewing patterns to create and sell your own handmade garments and accessories, within the limits set out below. The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive. Factory or mass production is strictly prohibited. With this license, you are entitled to sell personally handmade garments and accessories made using the licensed Planet Peach Design pattern in your online shop, at craft markets, or in physical shops. The license is valid for 12 MONTHS (1 YEAR) from the date of purchase. After this period, it must be renewed before expiration if you wish to continue selling. Failure to renew before expiry will be considered a violation of copyright law. Once the license period ends, any unsold items created using the pattern must be immediately removed from all platforms. The license covers up to 30 garments. The agreement will expire after 12 months or after 30 garments have been sold - whichever comes first. The license applies to ONE pattern only. A separate license must be purchased for each pattern. This license does NOT include the sewing pattern itself. The pattern must be purchased separately. The purchase of a license does not entitle the purchaser to sell, copy, share, or distribute the pattern itself in any form. You may not claim the pattern or any part of it as your own. All license purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Which Planet Peach Design pattern you want the license for Your full name Your label/company name (if applicable) Your email address (important, as the license will be sent digitally) Which platform you will be using to sell the finished garment (e.g. Etsy, personal website, Depop, etc.) The license agreement is not valid until the above mentioned information has been sent and the license agreement is issued.
