MiRiDER One GB3 - MANUFACTURERS DESCRIPTION: MiRider One GB3 is our very own take on a geared bike, an industry first for folding electric bikes. Instead of opting for the easy and traditional approach of relocating the hub motor to the front and attaching a derailleur at the rear, we aimed to be more innovative. Our goal was to maintain the balance, weight distribution, and traction provided by a rear wheel hub, while avoiding the bulkiness and dirtiness of a traditional gear set. We have further improved this unique gear system by incorporating a custom 3-speed belt drive, ensuring a quiet and smooth ride without the need for oil! The trio of gear ratios has been carefully designed to offer a perfect selection: 1st for climbing or riding without assistance, 2nd for typical riding, and 3rd for cruising or riding above the 15.5mph cut-off. The 2-year warranty also covers electronic components such as electronic cabling, LCD display, throttle, and electronic brake cut-offs.
