Rather than illustrating a diagnosis or prescribing a fixed idea of health, the set uses symbolic line art to explore two recognisable human states: feeling centred, grounded and connected; or feeling unsettled, overloaded and out of rhythm. In Balance presents a calm seated figure with a composed, symmetrical arrangement of symbolic forms across the body. The illustration suggests stillness, alignment, self-awareness and the value of creating space for restoration. Imbalance uses a freer, more expressive figure surrounded by looping lines, movement and visual noise.
