Hatch Chile Taco Seasoning

Taco night, done right. Our Hatch Chile Taco Seasoning starts with real red and green Hatch Chile — grown in Hatch Valley, not a generic seasoning packet off the grocery shelf — then rounds it out with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, sea salt, and pepper. Smoky, earthy, medium heat, no filler. Shake it into ground beef, chicken, turkey, or a pot of beans while they cook. It's just as good on roasted potatoes, sheet-pan veggies, or rice.
