Victorian sapphire and old cut diamond swirl ring

A late Victorian period 18 carat gold ring with two old mine or cushion cut diamonds and a faceted blue sapphire in a swirl style setting. The diaonds are around .45 carat in total, SI1 in quality and H in color. The sapphire has a diameter of 4 mm and is around a .30 carat stone. The ring size is 19.00 mm, the size can be modified if necessary. The diamonds are beautifully cut and have lots of character, the sapphire is a vivid medium blue in color. The ring is in good condition.
