Barrel fermented and aged for 22 months in neutral Burgundy French oak barrels, this wine is defined by its acidity and age-worthiness - not by its time in oak. Light, lean & refreshing with a slight toastiness and bright minerality. Soil: Egbert clay 12.1% ABV - ORGANICALLY GROWN - INDIGENOUS YEAST - MINIMAL SULFUR
