You can pick up your masterpiece in-store within 2 weeks of your session during these hours: Monday-Thursday: 12pm-7pm Friday-Saturday: 12pm-10pm Sunday: 12pm-6pm (Unclaimed bears may be donated after 14 days.) Can I have my bear shipped? Yes! Shipping is $5 per bear within the USA. Your bear will be shipped once fully dry (typically drys within 48 hours post-session). Walk-ins welcome if space is available!
