Volnay ‘Élevage 24 Mois’

A special extended-élevage release of Pierrick Bouley’s 2023 Volnay. While the standard wine was bottled and released as normal, Pierrick held this parcel back for a further 12 months, giving it 24 months of élevage in total. Beautifully perfumed and finely structured, with pure red fruit, refined tannins and bright, perfectly judged acidity.
