As sweet as the estival sun, Soleil is our new seasonal blend that you can sip all summer long! Mexico Altura Veracruz is a naturally processed coffee, meaning that the coffee seed is dried fully within the pulp of it's cherry before it is removed. This long period of fruit contact imparts a syrupy sweetness often reminiscent of tropical fruits. We balanced this with the delicate and tea-like washed Kenyan coffee to result in a cup that's sure to please.
