White Wine Villa Wolf Gewürztraminer 2025, 75cl Pfalz, Germany

The vineyards used for Villa Wolf Gewürztraminer are sustainably farmed in accordance with German environmental regulations. The grapes are hand-harvested in the vineyard, allowing for the selection of the finest bunches. Once at the winery, the grapes ferment in stainless-steel tanks and then undergo a short period of ageing on the lees in the same tanks. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, helping to preserve a certain level of acidity that gives it freshness and vibrancy. Finally, the wine is lightly filtered before bottling.
