Cultivated in an ecosystem where farms and tropical forest coexist, this cacao helps support the protection of rare bird habitats and the conservation of local biodiversity. Zorzal Comunitario has a balanced flavour profile, with natural notes of tropical citrus, chocolate and caramel.
