176mm Western Damascus Chef
176 x 52mm (6.9 x 2") chef with charred oak handle. The oak is from Camp Small in Baltimore city. 26C3/15N20 carbon steel damascus blade. A funky number, this one. I've made a few octagonal western handles in the past, so I know there's a few of you out there that like 'em. This chef has a more German style edge profile, with the flat heel leading to a deep belly. Great for rock chopping. Weight: 7.5oz
