El Bandido Yanke Tequila Blanco

Crafted at the historic El Viejito Distillery (NOM 1107) under the guidance of Master Distiller Karina Rojo, this blanco begins with hand-harvested Blue Weber agave grown in the mineral-rich volcanic soils of Jalisco's highlands. Every step of production honors traditional distillation methods, free from mass-production shortcuts or additives of any kind. Nose: Baked agave, fresh citrus fruit, and a cool lift of mint. Palate: Baked agave and mint lead into black pepper, cinnamon warmth, and bright citrus peel. Finish: Crisp and refreshing, with lingering notes of citrus, pepper, and a touch of vanilla.
