Slow and Merry – Connie’s Rice Paper Retailers

Hand painted Designs by me Connie The Painted Photographer Printed on Rice Paper for Decoupage and/or framing. Images are printed on rice paper that has small fibers; this will not alter the image but give it more handmade character. Image will not smear when using a water based sealer. Some bubbles will appear when wet, they should flatten back out when dry, use plastic wrap to avoid tearing. To best flatten paper, use a brayer to press into the sealer. 8.27×11.69 Sheet
