Space is limited for each collection, and participation is subject to availability. 💕 PACKAGE INVESTMENT: $315 The $315 package includes the complete runway experience along with TWO Young Socialites garments to keep — the participant's custom runway garment plus one additional Young Socialites garment. PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING This package is available to approved/selected talent only. Please do not purchase unless you have received an invitation or approval from Young Socialites Clothier. Sizing and measurement information must be submitted by the requested deadline. Runway garments are created specifically for each participant based on the sizing information provided. Because garments, production arrangements, photography and other show preparations are secured in advance, all payments are final and non-refundable. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, transportation, hair/makeup and personal expenses unless otherwise stated by Young Socialites. Registered participants will receive additional information regarding call times, model preparation, fittings/measurements, show-day instructions and other important NYFW details as the event approaches. Terms & Conditions – New York Fashion Week Runway Experience By purchasing this package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: All Sales Are Final – No Refunds All payments made toward the Young Socialites New York Fashion Week Runway Experience are non-refundable. Once payment is submitted, your participant's space is reserved and Young Socialites begins making preparations for their participation, including garment creation, production arrangements, photography/media and other event-related expenses. Unable to Attend If a participant is unable to attend the September 12, 2026 runway show for any reason, including personal circumstances, illness, travel issues, scheduling conflicts or other unforeseen circumstances, no refund or credit will be issued. The participant will still receive the two Young Socialites garments included with their package. The garments will be mailed to the shipping address provided after the event or once the garments are completed and available for shipment. Garments Each participant receives a Young Socialites runway garment created for their participation, along with one additional Young Socialites garment to keep. Because garments may be created, selected or altered specifically for the participant, garment substitutions, exchanges or refunds are not guaranteed. Travel & Additional Expenses Travel, hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, hair/makeup and other personal expenses are not included in the $315 package unless specifically stated otherwise. Participant Responsibility Parents/guardians and participants are responsible for reviewing all event information, meeting deadlines, providing accurate sizing/measurement information and arriving at the designated location at the required time.
