Professional evaluation before cleaning or replacement. Before we recommend cleaning, every printhead undergoes a professional assessment to determine whether recovery is commercially and technically viable. Some printheads arrive with dried ink, electrical failure, damaged nozzle plates or internal blockages that make cleaning uneconomical. Your assessment includes: Visual inspection Electrical integrity testing Nozzle plate condition assessment Ink path / flow evaluation Recovery suitability recommendation Professional condition report How It Works Purchase your Professional Printhead Assessment online. Carefully package and send your printhead to our workshop. We complete a comprehensive assessment and provide a professional condition report. If your printhead is suitable for cleaning, your $120 assessment fee is credited toward the full cleaning service. If cleaning is not recommended, we'll explain why and recommend the most appropriate next step. The assessment fee may also be credited toward a replacement printhead purchased from DTGtech within 30 days. Price $120 incl. GST Important This is an assessment service, not a guaranteed repair. Return postage is not included. Printheads assessed as beyond economic repair can be returned at the customer’s cost or disposed of on request. We keep production moving — but we also believe in honest diagnosis before unnecessary repair costs.
