Harissa Butterflied Chicken

Butterflying opens the chicken out flat so it cooks evenly and quickly — no uneven cooking, no fussing over the BBQ. We start with a certified organic whole chicken, then marinate it in-house in our house-made Harissa Marinade. The result is a chicken that's full of flavour before it even hits the heat. Roast it in the oven for a golden, juicy centrepiece or throw it on the BBQ for a smoky, char-grilled finish. Either way, it's a crowd-pleaser. Made in-house using certified organic chicken.
